People don't like to admit this, but protests are almost always constituted
by a large number of "sheeple".....people who maybe kinda know what the
protest is supposed to be about, but are really there for some other
reason....be it boredom, confusion, general mischief, whatever.

The larger the protest, the more people you'll get like this....until
eventually Michael Moore shows up (heh).

It's not really the fault of the original protesters that this
happens....it's just part of what makes humanity....weird. Crowds give us a
feeling not only of power, but also of freedom due to anonymity.
Want to whip a rock at cops because you hate po-po? Join a big protest and
whip one when no one's looking.

Pissed off because your life sucks for some reason? Meh, join the Wall
Street protest and salve yourself with the notion that whatever is wrong in
your life, perhaps some small part of it might be do to the guy in the suit
who's just trying to get to work.
