An accounting class is probably looking for things like headcount,
overhead, etc. Good to map out what types of positions you plan to hire
for and in what order. Also, what each head's cost will be. Overhead,
including bennies, office space, telecommunications etc... Pretend you are
going to get to 50 heads in 2 years or something.

If you were REALLY going into business I'd also consider more specifically
how you are going to scale out to that size from a cost perspective and
also from an implementation perspective. You may get away with everyone
using their own cell phone when it's 3 people but then at what point do you
need a real phone system? Ever? 10 people? 50 people?

How will you handle office space? Virtual? Physical? Multiple offices?
How does that impact decisions about phone systems, etc.... If you want to
get complicated with it you can.

How much do you devote to marketing? What benefits do you give your
employees? What benefits do you give owners? Yourself? (keeping in mind
that you generally have to offer the same benefits to employees that you
give yourself) What is the corporate structure? Full time staff?
 Contractors?

But as they say - the battle plan is only good till the first shot is
fired. You can plan all you want but reality will always be different in
some way.

The marketing plan and competitive analysis could be good too, but if it's
an accounting class I would guess they are looking for numbers.
