O'Leary loves a contentious topic. Charging extra for disabled passengers for example, as well as a string of rude and sometimes downright offensive comments. I'm not sure if it's a deliberate management style, or if he really is as obnoxious as he seems, but I wouldn't take this story too seriously. He certainly has history for saying one thing and doing another.
