My dad id having to retire, he has brain cancer and not a whole lot of time with us. The family is scrambling to get things in order. He's worked with the railroad for long enough to retire. Because of his condition, they've asked someone to be appointed as a Representative Payee. I asked them how and they didn't either explain it clearly, or given the circumstances, I didn't understand it clearly. We went to the back and they called SS, who said they couldn't help and gave us the number for RRB (Railroad Retirement Board).
Anyways, is anyone familiar with this?
