Thanks guys.. it's not Power of Attorney, it's a bit different. Basically I'm a representative of my dad's benefits and I'll be responsible to pay bills and stuff. While in the bank, the manager contacted SS, but they said that it was a RRB (Railroad Retirement Board) thing, since he worked there. They sent an application, it was one of many things I've had to fill out this week. Hopefully we can get this all squared away.
