More specifically, Dumbledore lays out the fact that dictators
everywhere create the very circumstances that will create the person
that overthrows them by the actions and attitudes that make them
dictators in the first place.

It isn't like King Arthur or any other sort of classic Chosen One
story (though now I want to go read Chaim Potok again but that is
totally different). Much as I love Hermione Granger, there is nothing
magic about Harry Potter being the Chosen One in those books and the
author needs to reevaluate the series.
