I've seen this too and I think the approach is slightly off. Most postings I've seen about this image point out that he's a copyright violator - character assassination. The real point here to me is how far reaching the law really is and that his site could be shut down even if that image WAS NOT really taken by that guy. All someone has to do (as I understand SOPA) is say "hey that's my content" and his domain would be toast.
