Lovely.

Their current system is still sh*t, though.  I tried applying for an EIN 
online.

First the system is only available during certain hours.  What?  Why? 
"Maintenance"?  Surely we are beyond that type of thing now.

Also, there is no useful user feedback.  I filled out the questions and 
was told at the end that my online application could not be processed 
based on the answers I gave them, and to call a number and reference 
code "101".  There was absolutely no indication of what answer(s) they 
didn't like or WTF code 101 is.

I hope they don't spend any of that $320m on the same fools that 
designed what they currently have.

Bureaucracy: making the convenient as inconvenient as possible since the
