First the system is only available during certain hours. What? Why? "Maintenance"? Surely we are beyond that type of thing now. Also, there is no useful user feedback. I filled out the questions and was told at the end that my online application could not be processed based on the answers I gave them, and to call a number and reference code "101". There was absolutely no indication of what answer(s) they didn't like or WTF code 101 is. I hope they don't spend any of that $320m on the same fools that designed what they currently have.
