Actually, I do, they've been having problems with their automated deduction system as well. I have a payment plan set up for automatic withdrawals. When last month's didn't come out, I called them, was on hold for 40 minutes, then finally spoke to a rep. They weren't able to figure out any reason for it, so had to put an inquiry through the system. They called me back 5 days later and said that their system was down from Jan 19th to 23rd and my payment was scheduled for the 21st, so didn't get processed.
Of course their system also can't go back and do the make up payment. Nope, I have to write them a check. And on that check I need not only my name and address, which are already printed on it, but also my SSN, daytime phone number, date of birth and the tax year that it is for. I objected to having my SSN and DOB on a check that also has my routing number and account number (really, what could go wrong?!) so they said I could write it on a separate piece of paper and staple it to the check. D'oh. Identity theft..not something that's occurred to them yet. On the bright side, they aren't considering me in default of the payment agreement yet since it was their fault. Awfully damn nice of them, don't you think?
