To be honest I heard about it from a less than reliable source so I wanted
to read it myself and see what I thought.

It really seems like this has the power of law, and would allow the
president to completely control every aspect of the economy and private
property.

I'm not surprised no one is talking about it, look at how little fanfare
there was over the NDAA.
