yeah but that's the technology that's becoming obsolete and is mandated for
phase-out because of the 911 aspects. The article I linked to where I was
talking about this has a graphic that shows the difference, which is
something like, the cell tower will put you at a shopping center (say) and
maybe pinpoint that you are at Home Depot.

GPS shows you at Home Depot, and probably in what aisle ;)

The scary stuff is where it knows where you are even if your GPS is off.
