I think Abode continues to struggle in regaining it's footing after
several severely mis-handled situations with their user community /
customers. They are busy shifting tools to a subscription model, building a
"cloud", and making a whole new round of promises to skeptical developers
about HTML5 centric software that doesn't exist yet.

Adobe's at a critical point right now. They've retreated to the fortress
and are regrouping.
