It's a public meeting video. I don't care if I have to cut it into pieces.
But first it needs to be in a format I can manipulate then get on YouTube,
even if it's Part 1 of X.

YouTube is required for spreading the video. It doesn't matter what the
quality is. It's just people talking. We don't need HD. :)
