Really? Lets not forget the 3 coup attempts he initiated, the last one resulting in his being in prison for 5 years. Chavez has not engaged in any mass killings or major invasions of neighbours. He is minor league in essence, he has a while to go before he can come up to Galtieri's or Pinochet's record of hundreds of thousands of people they killed in the dirty war of the 1970's.
