I just saw that the TSA confiscated someone's camera and erased footage of
the checkpoint.

There maybe cause to confiscate the camera, but there is
no justification to delete the footage.  If the TSA confiscates a camera,
then there should be a civil process to explain the reasoning and then come
to a verdict.  If the TSA was wrong in their judgment, it should be fined.
 If it is right, then the camera maybe permanently confiscated or whatever.


Another interesting point of view on public camera's and such.  I heard a
lot of media members bitching about Kate and Harry's right to privacy.  Not
once did they bitch about the right of a British citizen's to privacy.  A
citizen can't sneeze without it being caught on camera, yet the Harry and
Kate should be left alone.  I call bullshit.
