Sam - why are you always such a douche? First, no one 'hunted down' the link for me. While the thought it quite appealing, I do not have a legion of minions who hunt down links on the Internet for me.
Second, the link was sent to me by someone who I would consider to be a devout Christian and they felt it was ridiculous enough to pass along. I am attacking the right a lot because of ridiculous shti like this, and the guy who talked about 'legitimate rape' being a form of birth control and the other dip-shit who said evolution and the big bang are teachings of the devil. I am voting for Obama because I feel he is the best of the bad choices. Too funny, 4 years ago, I got called a conservative because I called out all the bullshit about 'Hope' and 'Change' and the near messianic adoration for Pres. Obama, oh, and voting for Sen. McCain. Now I am being called a liberal because I am calling out the Bible thumper bullshit and voting for Pres. Obama. The people on the far left & far right need to understand, a person is not defined by who they voted for in the last election. Because I have not sworn allegiance to either party, and do not vote simply based on the D or R next to their name, I actually have to weigh a candidate's stance against my own ideals. Unfortunately, unless you take the blue or red pill, no candidate will ever match your ideals exactly. So, what you need to do is look at the issues you agree with a candidate on and look at the issues your disagree with the candidate on and evaluate what you can and cannot live with in a candidate from those lists and make your determination. 4 years ago, Sen. McCain fit more into my ideals. Now, Pres. Obama does. Admittedly, some of it is from my stance on some issues shifting a bit, but mostly its because other candidates simply do not even come close to my ideals - hell Pres. Obama doesn't come close...but he is closer than the rest. I am not so sure why it is so hard for those on the far left or far right to understand this.
