The funny thing is that the first thing some of the Klez variants do it infect Norton and McAfee, then shut them down. Klez is nasty...the majority of the variants will wipe your hard drive and any networked hard drives on the 13th day of every odd month...ouch. Personally I haven't run a virus scanner in about 6 or 7 years. Got a virus once, on my 386sx-16 because I downloaded and ran something I shouldn't have from a bbs...Warcraft 2 iirc :)
