Really Jerry, aren't you being more than a bit paranoid. I don't want to say this but you really need to loosen the tinfoil hat. WTF is wrong with training a bunch of people on disaster preparedness? Think of what would have happened in Katrina or other subsequent natural disasters.
Actually I think its a good thing. They are highly trained in helping out in a natural disaster (or manmade for that matter, think terrorists), meaning that a lot more Americans will be saved from serious injury or death. And even better they have their tuition paid for at least one year of college in most places. What have you got against saving the lives of Americans Jerry. Why do you hate this great nation so?
