Maybe, maybe not.  Look for construction, materials and telecommunications
stocks to go up.

Insurance stocks may go down, at least the large reinsurance companies.

Oil and food commodities will be up.  Lots of food has to be replaced after
a massive power outage.  Oil speculators use any disaster as an excuse to
game the markets.
