All of this is great stuff, and I agree with you on all of it with the small exception of HOW the government went about ensuring you get those rights. It went about it but ONLY saying what the feds COULDN'T do. It gave you, the citizen, nothing save for that prevention. Example: Little Johnny, your school cannot prevent you from eating twinkies. We the school believe in your right to eat twinkies!
