I heard author Junot Diaz speaking ... he had been on the MIT campus
and asked if there was any racism there; everyone said, "no, none, not
here, none".  He replied,"really?  cause it seems like there are a LOT
of asian girls with white guys here ..." he got silence to that from a
vocal audience.

In other words, I think he was trying to say that we're all racist
because we're all humans - the question is how much we let it control
our judgements and/or how much we pretend it's not controlling our
judgement even when it is.
