Larrry, the tech ou mentioned came from DOD and NASA.  Oversight committees
already existed for those organizations.

That being said courts have found time and again that the elastic welfare
clause must be paired with another enumerated power, due to the bill of
rights and the 10th amendment specifically.

Larry, Id think you'd be with me on this one, in this way we could keep the
religious nuts out of things like stem cell research where they have no
buiness.
