That is not always an option for everyone.  I can't afford to move to an
area where I would find more CF jobs.  Moving is pretty
expensive...especially when you have a family.  Jobs were plentiful here not
that long ago.  I can't take out a loan if I am not working.  Been to
school...how am I, or anyone else for that matter, not taking responsibility
for themselves?
