They also have the prerogative to not enforce something if they feel it is
not constitutional or just not just....just as a jury can do the same.

Sorry, Eric, but it's not the DOJ or the Executive branch's place to
interpret the letter of the law, it is the courts.  It's their job to
enforce it.  Civics 101.
