I would disagree.  Seccession and revolution are the right and even duty of
every American when the government has come to ignore the limitations
placed upon it by the constitution.  Remember Jefferson didn't want us to
go a single generation without violent revolt, and didn't even want to see
debts and laws carried out over more than 20 years.

Our president is a so called constitutional scholar, credentials and and
good PR mean nothing to me.  I read the laws and cases and make up my own
mind, and in the vast majority of cases I am morally, legally and logically
consistant.

Larry, with your understanding of our government, laws and history; do you
think the founders would have passed a law like those suggested without
bothering to follow the amendment process they created?  By simply
legislating in areas that they are prohibited from, or even by decree of
the president without vote or oversight?
