I'm thinking if you break the law you must know there will be consequences if caught. Crying that the punishment is too severe for the crime is something he should have fought for before committing the crime.
As for the overzealous prosecutor, Scooter Libby is still guilty and didn't even commit the crime. Armitage wasn't even charged. .
