This is where your logic and therefore your argument fails totally. You cannot ask anyone to prove a negative.
People that say there is no God have NOTHING to prove. I used the childish example of leprechauns and fairies dancing on lilies before to make this same point. Someone that says there is no God, has nothing to prove. The burden of proof is on those that claim there IS a god. I cannot ask you to prove to me that invisible, fire breathing dragons do NOT exist. But YOU can ask ME to prove that invisible, fire breathing dragons DO exist. This is a principle that many people who argue against points with no grounding in empirical evidence fail to grasp. Sometimes I think they do so intentionally.
