I still have strong doubts every time I look at an airplane that it will fly. I even "understand" the physics behind it, but damn, that seems highly implausible. Yet every time I fly on a plane, as far as I can tell, it seems to fly. I'd presume that if God exists and wants me to believe, I would have similarly substantial experiences that would convince me of the reality of it even if I did not have complete faith or understanding.
Thus far, flying in airplanes has been more rewarding than searching for God but with substantially less comfortable seating. Snacks provided have been about the same.
