No, we do not. We have SSDI and medicare and medicaid and the va and state and county health agencies. Companies are offering free meds in many cases to people that can't afford it. I know doctors that keep patients on samples when they know they can't afford it.
Unless you're an illegal, or you aren't putting the effort your care requires, you can get coverage of some sort.
