The shareholder is only happy when the company is prosperous, if the
patients aren't happy they don't buy the insurance and the
shareholders lose money.

If I remember correctly, before ObamaCare the US ranked number 1 in
customer satisfaction with health care. So I don't know why you think
we're the only ones.
