"Right not to cooperate" applies to the police. It does not apply to school administrators.
Much like the military, when you enter a school, you enter a different rule set. (same as a mall or courthouse or airport, or any self-contained system with its own rules) On Sun, Mar 3, 2013 at 3:28 PM, LRS Scout <[email protected]> wrote: > > We have a right to not cooperate. > > Well, we did... > On Mar 3, 2013 3:16 PM, "Justin Scott" <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > > > A 16-year-old Cypress Lake High School student, who wrestled a loaded > > > revolver away from a teen threatening to shoot, is being punished. > > > > Please allow me to take this opportunity to apologize for all of the > > asshats here in Florida (there seem to be a lot of them).
