As far as we know, the President did not revoke anyone's citizenship before drone attacks, so there is that.
Furthermore, Holder wouldn't even explicitly rule out drone attacks in the US, even in cases that didn't rise to the level of imminent threat. I agree that the Patriot Act and use of force need to be revisited (and eviscerated) but I'm not going to give Obama a pass on this one.
