Are you going to tell the citizens and tax payers of the US that they
have to pay for infrastructure in Iraq and Afghanistan when some can
barely afford to feed their family?

As for much of the expenditure being made on humanitarian programs, do
you have any facts to support that statement.  Because the military
budgets I've seen spend most of the money on weapons or 2 billion
dollar airplanes.
