I signed that last week, and posted it to facebook, with a lot of my family
and friends also signing it.

This is NOT where to cut.

(of course, the military/fed gov should strike a deal with universities to
provide for veterans gratis, and save a lot of the "you give me money, I
give you money" swapping that goes on).
