I am surprised at the low number. While I do not know the exact number, I would 
guess there are over 100,000 service members who are using this. Another story 
on Huffington Post talks about colleges stepping in to help. Ahh the power of 
the all might dollar. Glad to know that colleges are willing to help regardless 
of their motives though. I am not looking a gift horse in the mouth

Also, today at work we found out that Park University is offering free tuition 
during the TA suspension. It's an emergency scholarship program.
