You could be right :-\ Which is a shame.
The technology that was supposed to be included in these aircraft is
phenomenal.
The wrap-around views that the F35 is supposed to have in the helmet is
revolutionary.
As a kid I actually wrote a short story that had a similar system where the
pilot could look around the aircraft and see everything around him on his
visor.
And that's what the plane has!! Awesome stuff!

But..uhh..yeah..budgets and budget cuts.
