You know Jerry..don't be so cynical.

What they should do is be forward thinking. And set up a Range Rover
factory, to sell and maintain Range Rovers.
If a contractor knew they would be driving around in 2013 Range Rovers they
would definitely head over there to assist.

Luxury apartment buildings...I mean hotels...and 2013 Autobiography edition
Range Rovers. Those are the first things that should have been built.
There is enough infrastructure to support those efforts, why not start with
them.

And the electricians for the new electrical Grid and infractructure..where
are they going to stay? All the Engineers?

This provides employment too, Jerry. Employment and training.

Look at the big picture man...don't get sucked into tunnel vision.
