what I see in those programs (and such others as the Littoral Warfare ship) is that the amounts that these defense contractors are taking out of our taxes. Hundreds of billions for systems that don't work or are hangar queens. For instance the B2 stealth bomber isn't if it gets wet. Anything more than mist makes it visible to radar.
