Its interesting. i can see people doing it voluntarily, or with company
incentives, but not mandatory.

Then again if it save a company a couple of hundred of thousand a year that
they put towards employee heath (hah!) or back into employee programs then
as long as its voluntary with full disclosure, then I think that is legit.
