I was worried about that too, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. My wife concurs. The software and UI are supposedly better than Fitbit's, although I have only used the UP, so YMMV.
I have yet to achieve the zen-like sleep numbers that Jerry is seeing (he could be mistaken as dead from what he's shown me), but I have vastly improved my "deep sleep" by hours at night, and I can feel the difference as well.
