"So the issue has moved from the President not sending US Armed Forces to help
out the embassy, to them not saying immediately that it was a terrorist
attack?"

No, the issue is that the President did not send an armed response since
doing so would be a de facto declaration of a terrorist attack less than
two months before the election.

"So has the right wing dropped the whole President killed the
Ambassador by withholding
troops charge, or is that still around?"

Full Obamabot mode on huh?

Anyway, what you wrote was never a thesis. The line of reasoning was:

Ambassador Stevens was killed due to negligence and/or incompetence and/or
political scheming perpetrated by President Obama and/or Secretary of State
Clinton.

Only the most hardwired Obamabot would deny this.

"On the other hand, It's a fact now that the Republicans altered the contents
of the emails to make them appear to be more damning."

There never should have been an opportunity for the Republicans to alter
the emails. A special counsel should have been handling the affair. We
know that's not going to happen.

"Where's the outrage over that level of gross misinformation and ...it sounds
almost criminal to alter evidence and then call for the President's
impeachment."

Where's the outrage over the general state of the country and the
misconduct of both sides. As long as cable TV is on and cheese doodles are
in stock, there won't be any.

"AFAIK , at least what I saw on BBC, the White House came out and admitted that
it was a terrorist attack."

This has been debunked. A four Pinocchio debunking by the left leaning
Washington Post.

So we have:
"1) White House did not immediately state it was a Terrorist Attack, tried to
deflect attention until a few days later. (Possibly True)"

Definitely true, except it was to deflect attention for two months.

"2) Republicans stated that the President withheld troops and
assistance to Embassy
staff, and allowed them to die (False. Based on hearings and knowledge of
altered emails, see 3)"

No, this is true as well. Plenty of evidence. It requires the use of
nonselective memory.

"3) Republicans altered the contents of emails and used them in a
campaign against
the White House and the President, using this false information to call for
his impeachment (Apparently True)."

Probably true. Irony considering there is no need to use false information
to call for President Obama's impeachment.
