I agree as well, that he definitely did not intend to kill. Which is why it should have been manslaughter.
A kid who was minding his own business is dead, and it's Zimmerman's fault that he is dead. I simply can't get past that. I don't think Zim is a bad guy or a premeditated murderer, but I think he fucked up by not listening to the dispatche'rs advice, and now a kid is dead. I think he should pay SOME price for that. Trayvon was no prince, but he didn't deserve to die because he was walking home with a hooded sweatshirt. If Zimmerman would have just left him alone, he'd be alive. That's a fact that can't be disputed.
