Yup. My notes: They speed is really good when it works. If something stops working, expect to spend an hour on the phone with them, minimum. Expect everyone you speak to to have the intelligence of a 5 year old. Their advertised speeds are all max burst speeds. So you you buy the plan that is the 20m plan, you are really buying a 12m plan that bursts to 20m only at the very beginning of a download. Finding out the "real 12m" number is virtually impossible without calling them. Their corporate policy is that if they suspect your line is causing a problem for a neighbor they will unplug it, without warning, and not tell you. you have to call in to get a tech to come back out and plug it back in (usually in about 5-7 days). That are among the shittiest companies on the planet. Yet, due to monopoly, bend over and take it. What was your reality check? Among the above? -Cameron ... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:367116 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
