Check that again.  Look at all the vacancies for Judges.  They are not
greenlighting anything.  And wasn't Ashcroft in before the Jeffords flip
flop?

There are more lawyers than Mr. Dershowitz that think the Supreme
Court's actions were illegal.  There are numerous
sources for this.

Also, the damned Democrats in Congress now are greenlighting Republican
nominees (how else could you explain our
