I'd make the letter a little bit less generic and personalize it a bit for
each potential employer. The content isn't bad but I would adapt it for
each employer.

I'd shoot for something explaining why you are interested in that company
specifically and why you think your skillset would be of use to them in
particular. Don't go overboard but enough to make it obvious that you are
not simply blasting out carbon copies of the same thing to everyone. and
are genuinely interested in working for that specific company.

It takes a few extra minutes for each cover letter, but it will put your
resume in the right person's hands faster and shows the company that you
are not just "worker-bee number 34" but are ready to be a critical part of
their team and believe in what they are doing.
