Sorry about that, typing too fast. Let me retry that last paragraph: I have a cousin who has a small farm in the Penticton Valley in BC. He swears by the Canadian Guest Worker program (and at it frequently). But it does supply the workers at a reasonable price and make sure that the living and working conditions are reasonably tolerable. In fact the TSA is seriously looking at the program as an example for the US to possibly follow.
