sound nice but very few Americans are willing to do 12 to 14 hours of
backbreaking labour a day. Have you ever tried picking 10 acres of peas for
instance or an acre of peach trees? I did both for a couple of weeks when I
was a lot younger. It was agony after a couple of hours. Its ugly
backbreaking labour.

As I said unless we're willing to pay considerably more for considerably
less food, then its not going to happen.
