I think I've said it in the past that while I have no doubt that two people of the same gender can have a loving relationship and should have the same rights & responsibilities of heterosexual couples and that should be codified as a civil union. I have a personal, emotional and religious problem with the concept of assigning the word "marriage" to that union. I've also said in the past that I know that it's a personal, emotional and religious issue and that debating emotions is an exercise in futility for all parties involved. Until Later! C.
