I am using WAMP Server...  I got that all that installed and running...I
hate *nix software.  This is 2014...not 1970....

I had to go and uninstall IIS because there was a process that was staying
alive even though IIS was disabled and stopped...even after I had
rebooted...what a pain in the ass
