I think it is pretty standard in certain circles make the Hitler comparison,
hence Godwin's law.  Neither are anything like Hitler, of course, as he was
an insane megalomaniac who wanted to rule the world.
I don't see those tendencies in any American president in recent memory.

I think if I were to meet Bush and Obama face-to-face, I would probably like
Bush more as a person.  He seems warm and friendly, whereas Obama comes
across to me as cold and arrogant.  As for being rulers, they were both in
way over their heads and elected much more on popular appeal than
competence.

Cheney, on the other hand, fully deserves his Darth Lord nickname. Not like
Hitler,  but even more dangerous in some ways.  All about power and greed.
Scary puppeteer.
